Use the same email address you used to buy your accounts. Your Black Vault password is separate from your WealthCharts password.
I haven’t set a Black Vault password
If you purchased or signed in using an email code, you may not have a password yet. Choose this option to create one and verify your email.
The next secure page calls this “Sign up.” Use your existing purchase email. After verification and sign-in, Black Vault checks the connection to your existing customer profile.I already have a Black Vault password
Request a reset code, enter the newest code you receive, and choose a new password. Then sign in.
If you have never created a password, use “Set up my first password” above. If the setup page says you already have an account, return here and choose reset.Use at least 14 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.
